Mesa Redonda (“Roundtable”) is Prosperity Lab’s cornerstone food entrepreneurship program. It directly serves small foodservice providers— caterers, food trucks, restaurateurs and specialty producers—by fostering sustainable business growth and community wealth.
Our Mobile Lab closes the digital divide by bringing high-quality hardware and hands-on instruction directly to isolated neighborhoods. Recently expanding into South Santa Clara, Northern Salinas, and Santa Cruz counties, our Digital Equity Lab equips residents and farm workers with essential basic and intermediate workforce skills. By providing take-home devices, we bridge critical technology gaps—empowering participants to secure employment, access legal and medical services, and actively engage with local schools.
