Boost your food business with our incubator at Mesa Redonda.
Boost your food business with our incubator at Mesa Redonda.
We aim to empower food entrepreneurs in Santa Clara County by providing an accessible, safe, and regulated space for production—without the high costs of construction or leasing.
This program offers:
✔ Business development with training and industry connections.
✔ Community support through grants and collaboration networks.
✔ Cultural enrichment with culinary workshops celebrating local food diversity.
Through our program, we help participants obtain the necessary permits, structure their business plan, and develop recipes that allow them to stand out in the market.
Additionally, we provide access to CET’s industrial kitchen facilities, significantly reducing operational costs and enabling entrepreneurs to focus on growing their business.
How does it work?
1. Early-stage businesses: Free access to the industrial kitchen for the first 6 months.
2. Established businesses: Use of the facilities at an affordable cost.
Currently, 22 businesses are part of our incubator, and the list continues to grow. If you have a food business or are thinking of starting one, this is your opportunity to access key resources to ensure your success!
