The Procurement Department is finalizing a Countywide Procurement and Contracting Strategic Plan that will go to the Board for their consideration in early Spring. In collaboration with the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Belonging, the Procurement Department is embedding a racial equity approach in the strategic plan.
