County Procurement Strategic Plan Listening

The Procurement Department is finalizing a Countywide Procurement and Contracting Strategic Plan that will go to the Board for their consideration in early Spring. In collaboration with the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Belonging, the Procurement Department is embedding a racial equity approach in the strategic plan. This listensing session will include an overview of the strategic plan and a gallery walk where attendees may provide their feedback on the strategic plan.
